4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: We cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
  • For change of mind, wrong size, or non-defect reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
